• Character Personality:

— Positive Trait: Enthusiastic. Probably the best quality about Connor is that he lives life to the fullest. There's a certain joie de vivre in everything he does. He jumps at the chance to become a spy and save the world every week. When he gets to shapeshift into the form of a giant ghost wolf on a mission when the world is ending around their ears, he gushes about how cool it is. While he's not one for long-term commitments, he's an enthusiastic lover, honestly cares about his partners' feelings, and tries to leave those he sleeps with feeling good about themselves afterwards. Connor is the life of the party and he's the person you want around when you need a pick-me-up.
— Positive Trait: Brave. Connor's got a great level of determination and grit to him that not all his siblings have. He wasn't picked to be a spy solely because he's got a set of cool powers. He doesn't back down from threats and never cowers. Wolves don't do that when there's a threat to them or their pack. Even when he was a pup, when his father was magically brainwashed and about to murder his family, though he was scared Connor threatened to turn into something bigger and badder than Bigby could ever hope to be and kill him instead. This was so effective it actually snapped Bigby out of it! When his back is to the wall, he'll fight his way out of a situation or go down swinging. When La Llorona has disemboweled him plus psychologically tormenting him and the only way to defeat her is by shapeshifting, he musters up the strength even with his insides on his outsides.
— Positive Trait: Follower. While this one could be good or bad, it leans more into the good because it's a trait that hasn't led him wrong yet. Connor is not a natural leader. When he's in charge, things get destroyed, the suspect you were chasing dies before you can interrogate him, and he ends up getting the shit kicked out of him. What he is supremely good at is being a follower, the second-in-command or even lower on the chain. This stems from growing up with six siblings, where he naturally followed his brother Darien around since he took the role of leader of the pack. When he has someone telling him what to do, Connor gets the job done. He's good at following the outline of a mission and so long as he knows what he's doing, he never disappoints in hitting the target.

— Negative Trait: Impulsive. Being young and a bit stupid at times, Connor's decision-making skills aren't the greatest. He oftentimes makes a snap choice that ends up having worse ramifications down the line. When he impulsively kills a mercenary, he shapeshifts to take his place without even telling his teammates. This ultimately ends up with him being found out, captured, tortured, and then more work for the team when they have to rescue him. He also can say thoughtless things sometimes, putting his foot in his mouth and upsetting the other two teammmates he has in the form of Peter Piper and Bo Peep just after Hansel, another team member, has just been brutally murdered in front of their eyes.
— Negative Trait: Insecure. cw: mention of child death Connor is very insecure due to a traumatizing childhood experience. Darien, the natural leader of the cubs, sacrificed himself when they were around ten to save their sister Therese from herself when she'd gone mad. Connor took this very hard, especially because he felt that Darien was always their father's favorite and the one who was supposed to grow up to do great things. That burden naturally fell to him given the personalities of the remaining siblings and he feels he's never quite lived up to that. Some of his bravado comes from the fact he's hiding the cracks deep within, still that young pup who thinks he's not worthy, despite the fact his father Bigby has told him multiple times he is. One of the few times he looks genuinely upset and hurt in the comic is when Ayesha dismisses his shapeshifting abilities with a few cutting words after he tries to impress her, since he's always wondering if he's good enough to be a hero even with all his powers.
— Negative Trait: Lack of morals. cw: sexual assault mention. Partially as being raised as a Fable and partially being raised as a wolf, Connor doesn't have nearly the same moral compass as a normal human being would. In one issue, he shapeshifts into the form of a woman in order to seduce a target and sleeps with him, essentially committing rape by deception. He shows no hesitation in doing so and doesn't think anything of it since it completes the mission. He also goes out of his way to yank the protective necklace off a mercenary who had tortured him, allowing him to be brutally torn apart by ghosts. This is the only member of the group he does this to and it's a supremely petty move since with his abilities, he could have easily ended the man's life a number of less brutal ways, but he's mad the man hurt him and so repays him in turn.

• Character Skills:
• Fighting skills. Connor has taken martial arts for a long time and knows how to fight, both one-on-one and multiple opponents.
• Weapons usage. He knows how to use and accurately fire a gun plus use a sword.
• Multilingualism. He at least knows Spanish and possibly other languages.
• Wilderness skills. Though most of them are reliant on being in his wolf form, he does know how to do things like track people and hunt animals.
